[求医问药] 人流好还是药流好？

1.药物流产方法简便，不需宫内操作，无创伤性，药流的适应症：确诊为宫内妊娠，停经49天内

2.人工流产有人流综合症，吸宫不全，子宫穿孔及出血、感染等发生的可能。
但药流不能完全替代人流，因为药流有潜在阴道流血及药流不全等可能。
无痛人流采用静脉麻醉下人工流产，麻药起效迅速，患者完伞处于睡眠状态，不会感到疼痛，术后苏醒迅速，故没有痛苦。

如果不超过49天内还是采用药好些,对子宫的损伤还是好很多.在决定前一定要做B超确定是不是宫内孕.因为确定后可以防止宫外孕,没那么危险.祝你健康!
